A new addition to the Emile Henry Flameware range designed by Raymond Blanc.

This is a smaller version (20 cms ) of the very successful 30cms Dish Set,ideal for using directly on the hob to start the dish with a matching platter to serve.  A recipe is also included. 

Suitable for all hobs ( with an induction disc for induction hobs ) which is also available.
